Using Niacinamide for Stronger Skin

Niacinamide, also called nicotinamide, is an essential nutrient called vitamin B-3. We need Niacinamide both as a dietary supplement to prevent B-3 deficiency, and as an active ingredient in skincare. Topically, niacinamide has a slew of great benefits for the health and appearance of your skin. There is no evidence that dietary B-3 will affect your skin.
