Cannabis Has 2 Different Species

Cannabis has 2 species, so let’s dispel the myths!

Cannabis has 2 species and I like to say that they are like cousins.

Species 1 is Hemp, and it contains less than 0.3% THC.

Species 2 is Cannabis, and it contains more than 20% THC.

CBD extract comes from the species hemp, and not from the species cannabis–also known as marijuana.
