Refund Policy

Our sales are final. However, if you encounter any issue to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Costs of merchandise returns is customer responsibility, plus a handling fee of $ 4.00.

Damaged & Lost Orders

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. We will take pictures of all boxes prior to shipment. Doctor Milagros is not responsible for merchandise damage during shipment. Doctor Milagros will provide picture documents so you may contact shipping carrier insurance.
