Shipping

We hand-pack every order at the studio in Astoria, NY and ship via USPS Small Flat-Rate Box within 1–2 business days. Shipping is $11.40, calculated at checkout, applied to every order regardless of size.

You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as we receive payment, and a separate email with your tracking number the moment the label is printed.

Returns

Our sales are final. However, if you encounter any issue, your item may be eligible for a return provided that:

• It is unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It is in its original packaging.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, plus a $4.00 handling fee.

Damaged & lost orders

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. We take pictures of every box prior to shipment and cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged during transit. We will provide picture documentation so you may file a claim with the shipping carrier’s insurance.
